Health is Wealth - Follow Steps to Make Healthy

  1.  God has given nose for breathing, so we should always breather through nose not mouth.
  2. (Yoga) is the basis of the long life. So, to live a longer life yoga is necessary.
  3. We should work according to our physical capability.
  4. We should eat food slowly by chewing it properly. God has given teeth only for this.
  5. We should not eat anything very hot and very cold.
  6. Anger, sadness and tension always harm our body, we  should try to get rid of them.
  7. A person who eats food twice and takes breakfast I twice a day timely remains healthy.
  8. Give the preference to green vegetables and salads. Always drink hot milk before sleeping to clean the stomach next morning.
  9. Before sleeping we should wash our feet with luke warm water and wipe it with clean cloth, while sleeping we should wear loose and comfortable clothes.
  10. A person who eats light food does not visit doctor, so we always try to eat light food.
  11. We should drink atleast 10 to 15 glasses of water every day.
  12. We should never sleep by keeping our legs towards south direction , because it can harm our mind and heart.
  13. Wake up before two hours from sunrise and drink two glasses of water kept in copper vessel, it should be equal to body temperature.
